My latest cart stop was JamRock on 58th + East Burnside for jerk chicken and plantains. YUM. Spicy, juicy, slides-right-off-the-bone and it tasted like Christmas in July! For $12 you get 3 big, hot pieces on a bed of rice + cabbage slaw. The plantains were tasty too. I’ll definitely return and I’ll definitely order the same exact thing, but they DO have jerk tofu for our veg friends!
