Meet Cindy + Cleve! These friends of mine recently decided to downsize. Their kids had flown the coop off to great jobs + bright futures and it was time for a smaller house… One with an open floor plan with main level living, a smaller yard + easy access to Portland. Fast-forward to this beautiful new build in Tualatin with high ceilings, a gorgeous fireplace and a vacuum system in the chef’s kitchen. Plus hummingbirds at the feeder! Congrats Cindy + Cleve!
