Our City of Roses is currently in full bloom and there are awesome spots all over to stop and smell the roses:
International Rose Test Garden – the motherlode of roses. Up in Washington Park with stunning views of the city. Free and a must-see for out-of-towners!
Ladd’s Circle Park & Rose Garden – Grab an iced coffee at Palio’s hidden in this labyrinthine neighborhood in Southeast and marvel at the gardens that are over 100 years old!
Peninsula Park (pictured) – The east side’s crown jewel of roses. Meticulously maintained, surrounding a beautiful fountain. This park is so fun to be at on summer days. It’s alive with kids + adults playing kickball, basketball + tennis, having fun, soaking up the sun!
