Duffy the Real Estate Dog’s first home was in Ladd’s Addition so it’s special to his heart. Duffy loves strolling down the elm-lined sidewalks of Ladd’s towards any of the four rose gardens. Walking through this picturesque neighborhood reveals varied styles of homes ranging from Craftsmans to Tudors to bungalows. There are a few apartments along 12th Ave and a few rentals scattered throughout, but Ladd’s is largely an owner’s destination.
