This week I’m listing a gorgeous Colonial Heights home on SE 24th Ave. just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Lower Division in Southeast Portland. And walking is certainly the preferred method of transport to this hotbed of restaurants, bars and cafés since those burned calories mean room for dessert! Looking nothing like it did 10 years ago, Lower Division has exploded with eco condos in a sizzling-hot market and has become an eater’s paradise ideal for family outings and gastronome date nights alike. Of course, there are still bike shops, a hardware store, vintage clothing boutiques and a New Seasons. But when you’re visiting Lower Division, you’re most likely there to eat. More on that in Part 2!
