Hot Spots in the Dekum Triangle
Real estate in this part of town has taken off like wildfire! Contributing factors are proximity to freeways and downtown, bike friendly, great walkability and close to public transportation. House prices ranging from 350,000-750,000.
I love to shop and eat local, there are so many great spots to try, but here are a few of my favorites in the Dekum Triangle:
1. Woodlawn Coffee& Pastry- a great local coffee shop with amazing baked goods and an overall cozy vibe
2. Buffalo Gardens- a neighborhood nursery with all the supplies you need to make the garden you’ve been plotting for years
3. Breakside Brewery- a fun brewery with great food and beer; awesome outdoor seating
4. Upcycles- a great neighborhood bike shop with custom, new and used bikes; as well as repair services
5. Good Neighbor Pizza- great pizza place, built in 2007 when the neighborhood really started to turn around for the better
