Susie Knows Dolph Park

We’ll be holding an Open House in Dolph Park on Saturday at a dreamy Spanish Tudor if you’d like to explore more but in the meantime, here are some nearby highlights!

Dolph Park is a tidy grid of luxury homes on expansive lots within the Grant Park neighborhood of NE PDX. Just west of Grant High this prestigious pocket is demarcated by its own historic neighborhood marker signs.

Georgian Colonial

Immaculate lawns adorn a variety of classic architectural styles ranging from Mediterranean villas to Norman castles to English storybooks. A strong sense of community is imbued throughout with friendly neighbors hosting rotating happy hours + block parties for all ages.

Grant Park

So much exercise + leisure to be had (for people + pooches alike!)… Dog off-leash area, Synthetic track, Baseball / softball field, Synthetic turf field (football, soccer), Splash pad, Basketball court, Tennis court (lighted), Accessible play area, Picnic tables, Swimming Pool!

The Mark Cotton Field : Exercise year-round on this top tier all-weather athletic facility completed in 2013 at Grant Park. This synthetic turf field + track complex is an invaluable community hub. On any given afternoon, walkers are scooting by in the outside lanes while football or soccer players are practicing on the field.
Beverly Cleary Sculpture Garden: Beloved children’s book author Beverly Cleary was raised in Grant Park which serves as the setting for many of her stories. Statues in the garden include Ramona Quimby, Henry Huggins and Ribsy the dog.
