Lair Hill is a fun neighborhood to walk through because the hills make for good exercise, there’s a neat mix of really old and really modern architecture, and the tram to OHSU occasionally zooms by overhead. (It’s a very convenient neighborhood for OHSU employees!) Duffy the Real Estate Dog likes Lair Hill Park, and while there isn’t an off-leash area, he enjoys watching people play tennis on the single court.
