Multnomah Village is one of my favorite Westside suburbs. A quaint downtown with a great bookstore, coffee shops and good restaurants. Tastebuds is one of the newer restaurants added to the area. They have an amazing wood fire oven, that adds so much to their seasonal flavors in the pizza, sides and of course dessert.
Sidewalks line the streets of the village, but the surrounding neighborhood has a bit more of a rural look, with many trees. A huge fantastic park also takes up the area, Gabriel Park. It includes tennis courts, community gardens and much more across its 90 acres.
The village has great access to downtown Portland for commuting or
the 1-5 corridor.
