With the improvements the town has made and the growth of the area it is one of the more affordable areas with the urban walkability feel so many want! The chart below shows the market incline from the past three years. Interesting to see the change over a span of three years. This shows us how the market really is and how it has remained pretty stable in terms of sales to inventory. If the Market Action index is above 30 it’s showing sellers market conditions (a lot of demand leaving not much inventory), but below 30 implies the conditions favor the buyer. Overall we can see that recently inventory has been lightening and the Market Action Index has been moving up. These are mildly positive indications for the market.
