Well it turns out you don’t have to go to the Temple of Doom to eat a Monkey Brain! Miyamoto Sushi has its very own right in Montavilla, SE PDX and no monkeys are hurt for this one. (Pictured) A full avocado is split and filled with loads of seafood, drizzled with magical sauces and topped with a rainbow of seaweed and it is delicious! Plus, it’s on the Happy Hour menu alongside maki, handrolls, nigiri and tasty cocktails.
Miyamoto is just one of the loads of eateries that have popped up on the bustling Stark strip. Great food in a great neighborhood in the shadow of Mt. Tabor.
