~The Southeast PDX Edition~
This March I plan to travel the world for Portland’s Dining Month … all from the comforts of SE Portland. While loads of fabulous restaurants all over town are participating in the 3 Courses-for-$33 extravaganza, the ones I’ve scoped out just happen to be in my own backyard. Bon voyage!
Thailand – Farmhouse Kitchen – Wagyu flank steak rolls, Hat Yai fried chicken, blue coconut pudding. Chon!
Italy – Burrasca – Ricotta crepes, calamari and gnocchi. Cin cin!
Spain – Bar Casa Vale – Three words: Manchego. Prawns. Xurros. ¡Salud!
Now if only I could return from my world travels with a tan!
