1. Home inventory is on the decline so it’s a great time to sell. People want to buy!
2.The majority of home buyers will be first-time buyers. (I love working with first-time buyers!)
3. If you’re looking to buy in 2017, the sooner the better as mortgage rates are slightly rising.
