It has a true neighborhood feel to it with its own farmers market, local businesses and its own movie theatre. The farmers market during the holiday season always has good treats, even if it means you have to take the umbrella out to walk the area. But what’s new, it is Oregon! Montavilla is on the NE side of Mt. Tabor and SE Stark street runs through the heart of it! Lately this part of town has been attracting a lot of young people who would have bought close in SE but have been priced out.
