Kachka (More formal, in the Goat Blocks):

• Herring ‘Under a Fur Coat’ – a 7 layer dip
• Golubtsi – cabbage rolls
• Blini with caviar

Kachinka – (Good for late night/more casual atmosphere, right at SE Morrison and Grand):

• Pelmeni or Tvorog Vareniki – pan-fried dumplings with meat or cheese (available at Kachka as well)
• Beet & walnut “caviar” – The most veg-friendly item on the menu and there is nothing like this anywhere else in PDX!
• $6 Moscow Mule – all day, every day!
