Woodlawn is a cozy NE Portland neighborhood that’s bordered by MLK Blvd to the west and Concordia to the east. Its centerpieces are the gorgeous Woodlawn Park (pictured) and the bustling restaurant hub at Dekum Triangle (Oregon Public House, Good Neighbor Pizza, Grand Army Tavern, Firehouse Pizza, Woodlawn Coffee & Pastry, Breakside Brewery). Head east to P’s and Q’s Market for a sunny sidewalk brunch … which is about 50 steps from my upcoming listing… a brand new build! Stay tuned.
