Susie Knows Ladd’s Addition

I bought my first house in SE PDX’s Ladd’s Addition 30 years ago for $57,000. One of the oldest neighborhoods west of the Mississippi, Ladd’s Addition has always been my favorite spot in the city thanks to the:

  • Elm-covered streets lined with giant Craftsman bungalows and Foursquares
  • Wide alleyways (a rarity!)
  • Rose garden roundabouts
  • And a pinwheel layout that makes it easy to get momentarily lost

But no matter where you pop out, there’s always something fun waiting:
